War

We were in the car chatting and Daniel told me that one of the kids at school told him there was a war once and a lot of babies died. I told him that a lot of people die in wars - moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas and even little kids and babies. Then I told him I was thankful I had never lived anywhere near a war.

Without skipping a beat, his response: "I'm thankful I've never been sucked up in a tornado."

Um. Ok. I guess I'm glad about that too.
